this song came on when i was on my way to teach a class and i had the same god i love this song SO much reaction that i have had 100 times before

today ESPECIALLY
it was raining and i was kinda sad and it was scratching the right exact part of my brain where i can’t tell if it’s making me more sad or not
but it’s doing it well

i love it so much i don’t even know what to do with it
i thought ill use it on my next post, but i already have
on both accounts 🥲
then i was thinking mmm who i could send it to but everyone already knows it and knows it well

so ill just put it here on my picture of pumpkins

sometimes you gotta throw on the song that makes you feel physically ill
get on your mat, and flow it out

be your own yoga teacher
cue yourself

nobody knows your body better than you
🧘‍♀️
your yoga practice is yooouurrrr practice

happy first day of fall ❤️🍂☕️📖🥱

happy saturday 🌳☀️🧘‍♀️

happy saturday 🌳☀️🧘‍♀️

and maybe you will have just gotten home from a 3 month long trip to europe
& a wild dolphin retreat to egypt stumbles upon your path
& you know you must go

it might be completely impractical for you to go
makes no sense actually

and all you have got is your intuition and a deep knowing that you must be on that boat

and then one day on this trip you are swimming eye to eye with a wild dolphin in the red sea and realize you are exactly where you are supposed to be

🌀🌀

it is when i first land in prague i go to the bathroom to change out of my airplane clothes and rinse my face with water when i hear

Can Avery Taylor Nemisz please come to the information desk
on the announcements

where they then guide me to the police station where they have my passport
that i must have dropped after getting off the plane

i then leave my wallet full of cash on the plane after we landed in egypt
when i realize it is gone i am certain i will not see it again
10 mins later a worker has located my wallet in the exact same state i lost it

we then get a bag full of goodies for the retreat on the bus ride from the airport to the marina (electrolytes, sunscreen, itinerary etc.)
i leave mine on the bus
kael finds it and brings it to me on the boat

at this point it’s laughable and a joke to us all
how i could possibly leave so many things behind yet lose nothing

i then proceed to lose a earring while snorkeling,
already said my goodbyes to it when i realized it was gone
then to have one of the workers on the boat find my earring on the little boat we took out to the dolphins and my friend izzy found the BACKING to my earring and had it set aside

i drop a sock in the ocean
again, said my goodbyes to the sock
a few minutes later a worker brings it to me

the list continues

now don’t get me wrong
i am as type b as it comes

i am no stranger to leaving pieces of myself all over the world however i have never had things come back to me the way they did

all i know is it was the universes way of saying you’re on the right path girl

nothing that is meant for you will ever pass you

it knows you by name

🧜‍♀️⭐️🌀🐋🥰

thank you @soulsetstudio i love u

it never fails to amaze me how every song i know has the power

to so aggressively bring me back to a specific memory, time of my life or person

that it makes me physically nauseous

sick with nostalgia
